Convert current tracker to phpMyBittorrent
 

Hey everyone,

Looking for some direction. Currently running a super old version of TBdev on my tracker and I want to upgrade the code to a live code.

Was wondering if anyone has done something like this before and could give me some advise. I'm looking to basically test my site in the new code obviously before making it go live on the new code.

Should I just set up like a sub domain or something and install it onto that domain and test it out on there?

I have done it and its not easy doing it by hand.
I am working on a Converter script that works for BT.Manager.

I don't really mind doing it by hand because we have so much customized script but how could I test it so I don't fiddle with the live site and eliminate downtime.

I have a couple conversion scripts here that dont effect the data base it pulls the info from the old and puts it in the new.
