offline mod not working on tsse v4.3 nulled etc

when i set page offline i get in every page message about it when i logout nothing shows up no sign about errors ore site closed thing
tried to deleate cookies etc etc etc nothing helps don't know why help please :sos::sos::sos::sos::sos::sos::sos::sos::sos::sos: :sos::sos:
