There are plenty of people who get paid to modify these scripts for the bigger torrent sites.

Why not if you have done the work that others can't do, charge for it?

As for the theme it is just a graphical representation of what your site could look like, surely you wouldn't keep the same logo/design anyway so what's the problem?

Real pathetic - guys like me dedicate 2 years to giving the people a safe-ish/secure-ish half decent code, i pay for this all myself and here we have some lame ass come along and sell some poxy code that aint even his - The moral is simple here its free open source code to begin with so be ashamed and the fools that buy this are even worse - If i ever see what i've produced been offered in such a manner then i'll personally go after those involved :)

Being paid for coding sites is completely different to some n00b getting his hands on others work and selling it like we see here and this behavoir should be stamped all over - You want to make money then feckin work in a real life job like we all do you ripping off scum.
