In php.ini(on server side not script)set allow short tags

problem whit forum
 

I have a problem when i try to add New topic on forum,can`t add New topic,i hit submit buton and not loding.
sory for my bad english.

please help !
 

I need some help here.
I use netmaniack and it`s working , on localhost.Now i want to put it on my domain.The problem is , after i edit secrets , bittorrent and announce .. when i`m entering on the site it`s giving me error 500.Yes , secrets.php it`s like it should be.I really dont know what to do :(
Please give me an answer [but one usefull , nut just ..you diden`t edit correctly secrets.php]

Just delete .htaacces !!!!!!!!!!
